Draft service terms

Pre-launch: Booked Solid is not yet registered as a business. This page is a draft, not an order form or an agreement to provide services. The registered provider name, NIP and final terms will be added before the service is offered.

These draft terms describe the planned lead generation campaign service for epoxy flooring contractors and indicative fees. A separate written proposal or signed agreement will set the final scope and terms before any client engagement.

Who these terms are for

This service is offered to businesses and professionals acting for business purposes. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

What you get

Campaign planning, setup and management using Meta advertising (Facebook and Instagram): account and campaign setup, audience planning, ad copy and simple graphics assembled from materials you provide, ongoing review and optimization, and a monthly written report covering enquiries, costs, changes made and next steps.

What is not included

Logo or brand design, illustration, photography, video production, website copy, website build or hosting, CRM implementation, and answering or following up with your leads. We do not guarantee a particular number or quality of enquiries.

What we need from you

You provide accurate information about your business and offer, suitable creative materials that you have permission to use, timely approvals, access to the relevant advertising account, and a payment method for your advertising budget. You remain responsible for your services, claims, prices, legal notices, and how your team handles enquiries.

If campaign work involves personal data processed on your behalf, the parties must agree the required data processing terms before that processing begins. You remain responsible for providing the required privacy information to people whose data you collect.

Price and payment

USD 2,000 per month. The first month is USD 1,000 to start and USD 1,000 when the campaigns go live. After that, USD 2,000 is charged monthly on the launch anniversary. Stripe issues a receipt and invoice. Prices exclude any applicable taxes.

Optional: six months prepaid for USD 9,600, a saving of USD 2,400. If you stop early, unused whole months are refunded.

Advertising budget

The advertising budget is separate from our fee and is paid directly by you to Meta from your own account and payment method. The recommended starting budget is USD 75 per day. Results depend on your audience, offer, budget, market and response to enquiries; the recommendation is not a promise of performance.

Term and cancellation

The service is month to month with no minimum term or cancellation fee. You can cancel at any time, and no further monthly service fee will be charged after cancellation. Any prepaid unused whole months are refunded as described above.

Your accounts and data

Your business retains ownership of its advertising accounts, audiences, pixels and campaign data. Booked Solid receives only the access needed to provide the agreed service. Access ends when the service ends, subject to any steps needed to complete an orderly handover.

Results and platform rules

Booked Solid will perform the agreed work with reasonable care. No specific number of leads, appointments, sales or revenue is guaranteed. The advertising platform controls its systems, review decisions, availability and policies. You remain responsible for making sure your offer and business comply with applicable laws and platform rules.

Use of your name and materials

You confirm that you have the rights needed for materials you provide to be used in your campaigns. We will not identify your business or use your name, logo or materials in Booked Solid’s own marketing unless you separately agree in writing.

Late or failed payment

If a payment fails or is more than seven days overdue, Booked Solid may pause campaign management until it is settled, after giving three days’ notice. Campaigns may continue spending from your own advertising budget during a pause unless you or the platform stop them.

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, each party’s liability for direct loss arising from the service is limited to the service fees paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss where the law allows that exclusion. Nothing here limits liability or removes rights that applicable law does not allow the parties to limit or remove. These terms are governed by the law of Poland, subject to any mandatory rules that apply.
